Scarred Silhouettes

Scars remain as quiet echoes—imprints carved by experience, passage, and metamorphosis. They linger as testimonies of past encounters, both vulnerable wounds and resilient affirmations of survival. My project delves into these subtle remnants, highlighting how each mark signifies not merely rupture, but also endurance.

Time, both fleeting and eternal, breathes through the collection—softening, deepening, sustaining, and gently eroding. It reshapes harsh wounds into gentle imprints. By engaging with materials that subtly shift, degrade, and evolve, I visualize the soundless passage of time—its power to both erase and immortalize. These lingering echoes become archives of lived existence, quietly attesting to our unwavering perseverance.

Here, amidst the interplay of shadow and illumination, we discover that every mark—revealed or concealed—is a profound testament to life's graceful capacity for renewal, growth, and forward momentum.
